This is where it all starts - fresh picked organic cabbage, packed tight and fermented. Living, raw sauerkraut, abounding with beneficial organisms and digestion-aiding enzymes. Cabbage is higher in Vitamin C than oranges!

Daisy's Pink Ginger Kraut
A zesty variation of our classic kraut made with tons of fresh ginger - crafted and inspired by our daughter Daisy. A ruby-red powerhouse to boost your digestive system!

Our son Ty perfected this recipe while living in Traverse City. Get ready to taste beets again for the first time - the sweetest and most vibrant of the root vegetables, fermented until popping with color and taste.
